PURPOSE:To detect an abnormal condition of a circuit supervising and controlling function, by supervising and controlling the burst sending condition of each station by referring to prescribed burst-like data receiving plans and, at the same time, supervising a control signal corresponding to a test burst sent in a vacant time zone. CONSTITUTION:A data multiplexing circuit 26 sends a received burst-like signal 109 and testing burst 114 to a burst-like data supervising circuit 21 after multiplexing. A testing burst generating position designating circuit 23 detects a time zone when no received burst exists from burst-like data receiving plan information 106 and sends a timing signal 113 to a testing burst generating circuit 25 and, at the same time, testing burst implementing information 110 and 111 to a data supervising circuit 21 and control signal supervising circuit 22. The supervising circuit 21 supervises received data 115 by referring to the received plan information 106 and information 111 and, at the same time, outputs a control signal 108 related to the burst sending condition. The supervising circuit 22 detects an abnormal condition of a circuit supervising and controlling function by referring to the information 110. |
