PURPOSE:To remove easily optical films without polishing and to make reusable a substrate by providing the 1st layer of the optical film consisting of a mixture composed of a hard coat constituting material and soft coat constituting material on the substrate and forming the hard coat optical film thereon. CONSTITUTION:The 1st layer of the optical film to be formed on the substrate by vacuum deposition, sputtering, etc. is disposed by the mixture composed of the hard coat film constituting material and soft coat constituting material and the hard coat optical film is formed thereon. The refractive index of the 1st layer optical film is preferably approximate to the hard coat constituting material, for which the mixtures composed of TiO2 and ZnS, ZrO2 and MgO, SiO2 and Na3AlF6, etc. are preferable. These materials are formed by two-dimensional vapor deposition or mixed vapor deposition, etc. on the substrate. The hard coat layer is formed on such 1st mixed layer, by which the resistance to the severe conditions of the outdoor air is provided to the optical film. The 1st layer optical film is removed together with the hard coat layer without injuring the substrate when dipped in a strong acid, etc. and the substrate is made reusable. |
