<p>Mattresses for hospital use generally consist of a parallel-epipedic body (1) of elastic plastic with open cells, said body (1) being entirely or partially covered by a protective film (3) of plastic which is permanently fixed to the body (1) by means of flame-lamination and which is easy to clean and disinfect. The solidification time for the flame-lamination is extremely long. This time is reduced to a minimum by means of the invention. This is achieved by placing a layer (2) of elastic plastic having open cells between the body (1) and the film (3), said layer (2) having short solidification time after flame-lamination.</p> |
