摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To obtain the high-sensitivity sensor whose core has a small nonmagnetic gap by forming a magnetism sensing element on the end surfaces of a magnetic body core which has the end surfaces facing each other across a gap and constitutes a closed magnetic path including the gap part. CONSTITUTION:The ring-shaped ferrite core is divided into two cores 4A and 4B, which form the closed magnetic path across the gap where the magnetism sensing element 5 is sandwiched and a join surface 4C. The Hall element consisting of an insulating layer 5B, a magnetism sensing part 5C, an electrode 5D, a magnetic body piece 5E, and a lead wire 5A is used as the element 5. The insulating layer 5B consisting of an adhesive layer and a reinforcing layer and the magnetism sensing part 5C are provided on the end surface of the core 4B and the magnetism sensing part 5C is connected to the lead wire 5A. Further, the magnetic body piece 5E is fixed to the magnetism sensing part 5C through the adhesive layer 5F consisting of an adhesive layer and a protection layer. The other end of the magnetic body piece 5E contacts the end surface of the core 4A. A filler 5G is changed in the space of the gap part, which is sealed. Thus, the nonmagnetic gap between both end surfaces of the cores 4A and 4B consists of only the insulating layer, magnetism sensing part, and adhesive layer and the nonmagnetic gap is made small.</p>
