PURPOSE:To improve the control/test efficiency and then the system quality by incorporating a processing part serving as a primary part of a control/monitor directly into the processing part of a portable monitor and use said processing part in place of the control/monitor. CONSTITUTION:For a control/monitor system for plant within an engine room of a ship, a portable monitor 20 is carried to an area where the control/test is given for direct execution of the control and test. For this purpose the monitor 20 is connected to a line 12 via an extended multiplex communication line 21. Furthermore the monitor 20 contains a processing part 30 and is originally incorporated to a CRT main body 15. Thus the part 30 is removed from the main body 15 of a control/monitor 10 when the control/test is given to each system part. Then the part 30 is incorporated as it is into a console 51 of the monitor 20. The monitor 20 includes a CRT41, an operator panel 42, an alarm control switch 43 and an alarm part 44 and can perform the control/test at a relevant area. |
