PURPOSE:To produce a solid material rich in nutriments advantageously with high efficiency, by binding and molding a mixture of soybeans with shucked shellfish, young sardine, tuna, etc. under pressure, boiling or steaming the molded mixture, drying the boiled or steamed mixture, and cooling and solidifying the dried material. CONSTITUTION:One or several kinds of (A) skinned and swollen soybeans, soybn flour or bean-curd refuse, (B) shucked shellfish, e.g. dehydrated and shucked short-necked clam or corbicula, and (C) dehydrated krill or young sardine as a main raw material are mixed with cut powdery meat of tuna, minced meat, belly meat and fish meat ground fish meat of walleye pollack kneaded with water and a seasoning. The resultant mixture is then bound and molded in a pressure mold frame to give a bound molded material, which is then boiled or steamed, dried, coold and soldified. The resultant solid material is then cut into squares or dice, and seasoned by heating and boiling in a seasoning liquid, and dried under heating to give the aimed food. |
