PURPOSE:To improve efficiency of molding operation, by transporting a raw material for paste containing solid ingredients by stopping needles attached to a disc forming a raking rotator, pulling back the stopping needles automatically by a cam so that the solid ingredients are dropped onto a feed conveyor. CONSTITUTION:A raw material for fish meat paste blended with solid raw materials such as kidney beans, slice of cuttlefish, etc. is fed to the hopper 1, transported to the upper side of the raw material feed roller 4 by the raw material sending rollers 2 and 3, and further transferred onto the raw material receiving plate 7 while regulating the amount of the fish meat paste raw materials by the raw material regulating plate 6. The solid ingredients are stopped by the protruded stopping needles 13 attached to the disc 8 by rotation of the raking rotator 9, and the solid ingredients together with the paste raw material adhered to them are rotated and transported. The stopping needles 13 are then automatically pulled back by collision between the rollers 14 of the stopping needles 13 and the cam pieces 15, the solid ingredients are dropped onto the raw material feed conveyor 17 and sent to an oil pan of the following process. |
