<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate positioning and thereby improve accuracy by constructing a clmaping device in the captioned apparatus with use of a robot freely to adjut its pivoting position around a vertical axis and its horizontal distance with respect to a support menas having said clamping device provided on the tip of an arm serving to transfer any parts. CONSTITUTION:A parts transfer arm 7 receives parts on a parts upport plate 21 by making use of rotation of a swing table 5, and transfers them to a mounting position. The parts transfer arm then permits those parts to be positioned at the mounting position by adjusting a moving table 3, the swing table 5, the transfer arm 7 itself, and a rotary shaft 19. While, a bolt clamping device 33 rotates a rotary housing 35 via gears 45a, 45b and a drive screw 41 by driving a pulse motor 35, and swings an arm 37, while moves a tool support plate 47 lengthwise of the arm 37, and position a clamping tool 47. Wich such arrangement, accurate positioning can e assured with simple operation.</p> |
