摘要 The solution concerns a method of processing of anticorrosion pigment based on aluminium dihydrogentriphosphate. For production of anticorrosion pigment aluminium hydrogentriphosphate, ground in wet state, is neutralized during mixing with surplus of suspension of hydrated calcium oxide, manganese monoxide, barium oxide, strontium oxide, magnesium oxide, iron oxide, aluminium oxide, or calcium carbonate, barium carbonate, zinc carbonate, magnesium carbonate or magnesium carbonate to pH 6 to 7 for a period of 30 to 60 minutes at a temperature of 50 to 70 degrees C. Subsequently from 5 to 80 percent by weight, optimally from 5 to 20 percent by weight, of ground pigment or filling agent is added, like titanium white, iron pigment, lithopone, blanc fixe, aluminium oxide, dizinc silicate, calcium silicate, kaolin, talc, mica, iron mica, slate and after 10 to 60 minutes the suspension is filtered, dried at the temperature of 105 degrees C and finally ground. The anticorrosion pigment prepared in this manner is added into aqueous and non-aqueous paint matters and has better inhibiting characteristics then currently used non-toxic anticorrosion pigments based on zinc phosphate and calcium-zinc molybdate.
