The goal of the solution is to simplify structure and operation of the winding drum for winding of thin metal tapes. The goal is achieved by the fact that a longitudinal groove (9) is arranged in the fixed axle, while the longitudinal groove (9) contains a swinging bar (5), which interferes in the space (17) between the fixed part (3) of the drum and free side of the swinging part (13) of the drum, and which corresponds with the working surface of the eccentric (4) at its one side and with the longitudinal provision (14) at its other side, while the longitudinal provision (14) is arranged at the inner edge of the free side of the swinging part (13) of the drum.<IMAGE>
