METHOD OF PEROXIDASE FROM PLANT MATERIALS INSULATION

The solution concerns a method of isolation of peroxidases in industrial production from herbal materials. In the procedure the conductivity of the raw material is adjusted to 100 to 800 μs x cm<-1> and protein content is adjusted to 1 to 30 g x l<-1>. The solution is autofocused by direct current with voltage ranging from 200 to 1000 V and output of 3 W, until the current falls onto zero and the fraction with the highest enzymatic activity, to advantage at a pH from 5.95 to 6.60, is isolated. The fraction is subsequently subjected to separation technique using different molecular weight of the separated substances, optimally gel chromatography. By repeating or substituting of both techniques it is possible to obtain extremely pure enzyme utilizable in biochemical or clinical research, or industry.
