PURPOSE:To produce a damper effect in one direction by fitting a coiled spring in a shaft of a rotor and engaging one winding end portion of the coiled spring with a gear to which turning force is transmitted. CONSTITUTION:A rotor 8 comprises a braking disc 19 disposed in the first accomodating portion 9 filled with oil, and a shaft 20 projected from the central portion of one side of the disc, wherein a gear 21 is loosely fitted to the projecting end of the shaft 20. The outside diameter portion of the shaft 20 has a coiled spring 14 having the same diameter wound there, and one end of the coiled spring 14 is engaged with the gear 21. Accordingly, when the gear 21 is rotated in such a manner as to reduce the coiled spring 44 in diameter, the coiled spring 14 fastens the shaft 20 to turn the rotor 8. On the contrary, when the gear 21 is rotated in such a manner as to increase the diameter of the coiled spring, the coiled spring 14 idles around the shaft 21 not to produce braking force. |
