PURPOSE:To enable the determination of the CRP value close to the true CRP value through the measurement of a special sample high in the CRP value while stabilizing the blank system, by adding serum containing no CRP antibody to a blank liquid. CONSTITUTION:A solution to be tested, a reaget and a blank liquid which are adjusted are incubated, allowed to reach a platean and the absorbance of the respective liquids is measured to calculate the absorbance of a sample serum by CRP. On the other hand, likewise, a calibration curve is prepared preliminarily about the absorbance-CRP value using a CRP standard liquid in place of serum and the assay of the serum CRP is performed by immunonephelometry in which the CRP value is determined corresponding to the absorbance value calculated from the calibration curve. Prior to the process, normal serum containing no CRP antibody as serum of a animal family corresponding to an anti CRP serum of the sample is contained in the blank liquid. Thus, this is applicable for a special sample assuring a high measuring accuracy. |
