发明名称 SUPPORTING CONSTRUCTION OF CALIPER IN DISC BRAKE DEVICE
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To reduce resistance of a caliper body when it is displaced, by supporting a main sliding pin member to a forked part of the caliper body. CONSTITUTION:A caliper 51 is supported by a sliding pin 36, being ued as the main sliding pin member, and a subsliding pin member 42 to a bracket 20 mounted to stays 12, 14. Both end parts of the sliding pin 36 are fitted into a blind hole of tongue pieces 62, 64 protruding from a caliper body 54. A brake device, when it is applied, displaces leftward the caliper body 54 and the sliding pin 36, accordingly flexing a boots B2 and extending a boots B1. The caliper body 54, when it is displaced, is smoothly displaced without causing air in the boots B2 to be compressed because the air in the boots B2 is allowed to flow passing through a pair of striped grooves 28 into the boots B1.</p>
