PURPOSE:To enable the non-destructive judgement of cementation state, by utilizing a magnetic premeability actually measured concerning a reaction tube to be measured. CONSTITUTION:Secular changes in the cementation depth with the proceding thereof can be judged as variations in the magnetic permeabiity which are measured from outside a reaction tube. From a cemetation test, a correlation is determined as established between the cementation depth and the permeability of the reaction tube and is perpared as ''cementation-permeability (mu) correlation chart'' as illustrated. This enables the judgement of the cementation depth immediataly at any time from the correlation chart by measuring the magnetic permeability properly from outside thereof in the actual application process of the reaction tube. In addition, the use of the relationship between the permeability (reading-1.7) corrected as illustrated and the cementation can provide the judgement that the cementation is generated when the value exceeds 0 while the cementation depth is determined. |
