PURPOSE:To eliminate the deviation of the mutual positions of a light receiving element, a phase plate and a light guide, by constituting a light receiving block by forming a unitary body by the light receiving element, the phase plate and the light guide. CONSTITUTION:In a body 11, a light projecting block 2, in which a light emitting element is mounted, a rotary block, which is constituted by mounting a code wheel 31 on a rotary shaft 32, and a light receiving block 4 provided with a light receiving element. One end part of the rotary shaft 32 is protruded from the body 11 through a through hole formed in the body 11. The light receiving block 4 is constituted by forming a unitary body by the light receiving element, a phase plate and a light guide. |
