PURPOSE:To use an isolator without constituting a DC block circuit by forming an open termination by a microstrip conductor to other end of a resistor. CONSTITUTION:A Y junction conductor 2, three microstrip terminal conductors 21-23 connected to the outer peripheral part of the Y junction conductor 2 with an interval of 120 deg. are formed to one side of a magnetic substrate 1 made of YIG or the like, a resistor 4 is formed to one end of a strip terminal conductor 23 of the three microstrip terminal conductors 21-23, and the ground conductor 3 is formed to the other face. A microstrip conductor 8 connected to the other end of the resistor 4 is formed to the grond conductor with a gap. Thus, the conductor is floated in terms of DC to the grounding side and teminated through an absorbing resistor 4 in terms of high frequencies as an equivalent circuit. |
