PURPOSE:To simplify the constitution of a fuel injection pump and prepare said pump at a low cost by relatively turning the plunger of a prescribed pump single-cylinder unit and an annular valve by a turning operation mechanism if necessary. CONSTITUTION:A rotary operating mechanism Y other than an amount adjusting rack 8 is installed onto a prescribed pump single-cylinder unit. A plunger 3 and an annular valve 4 are turned relatively by the rotary operating mechanism Y if necessary, and compulsorily positioned at the position where the oil passage 25 of the plunger 3 is always opened within the whole stroke range of the plunger 3. Therefore, the constitution can be simplified and the apparatus can be prepared at a low cost without deteriorating durability and safety. |
