<p>Process comprising (a) heating a selected commercial wine (white, red or other) for 5-20 mins. with addn. of dried fruit, e.g. raisins, figs, and a small amt. of raw cinnamon; (b) filtering the prod. to remove the added ingredients; and (c) sweetening with sugar to obtain the desired sweetness, or adding any legally-permitted type of sweetener.</p> |
