<p>An aq. formulation of Na cromoglycate (I) has viscosity 2-300 mPa. S, esp. at least 50, but less than 250, mPa. It pref. includes hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (II), esp. of MeO content 20-30%, hydroxypropyl content 4-12% and gelatin temp. in aq. medium 45-90 deg.C. Esp. it has no. average mol. wt. 80000-90000 and viscosity (in 2% aq. soln.) 3500-4500 mPa.s.</p> |
