PURPOSE:To obtain the manufacture in air by using a metallic foil having a rugged form to a major plane to a reflected face of a light beam corresponding to recording information and bonded to a plate base flat face so as to eliminate the vapor-deposition process. CONSTITUTION:An AI foil being a reflected layer is placed closely between stampers 12, 13. Then a discharge forming machine applies discharge processing to the AI foil to transfer a recording signal (ruggedness) from the stampers 12, 13 to the major plane of the AI foil. Then the AI foil is extracted between the movable upper molds 11a, and lower mold 11b of the discharge forming machine and exfoliated from the stampers 12, 13. Then a transparent adhesive 18 is applied to both major planes of the AI foil having a rugged shape and two transparent flat substrate 5a, 5b (plate shape bases) clip the AI foil and they are bonded together to form an optical video disc possible for both side reduction. |
