PURPOSE:To obtain an electrode for a fused carbonate type fuel cell capable of smoothly feeding reaction gas into a reaction point by mixing organic fibers in an electrode material and sintering the mixture. CONSTITUTION:An organic binder, 30-60wt% of an electrode material, and 1- 35wt% of organic fibers with a diameter of 5-100mum are mixed, molded and processed at a temperature at which the electrode material can be sintered, the said organic binder and organic fibers are gasified and removed, thereby passages remaining after the organic fibers are gasified and removed are formed in the sintered structure of the electrode, thus the electrode for a fused carbonate type fuel cell capable of smoothly feeding reaction gas to a reaction point can be obtained. |
