Machine for spraying and conveying dry materials in powder or granular form for building, comprising a hopper (23) for loading the material which is disposed above a rotary distribution drum (20) in which there is admitted pressurized air for projecting the material, optionally with water added, to the outlet aperture. Two seals are provided respectively between the hopper (23) and the drum (20) and the base of the machine in order to prevent the material from emerging, whilst allowing the parts to move. The closing system comprises at least two cylinder-piston units (40) which are supplied by the same pressure source as the machine, and which apply constant pressure to the seals, thus preventing the material from emerging even when the seals are worn. The device also includes dampers of the spring type which are offset by 90 DEG relative to the pistons, in order to distribute uniformly the pressure applied. <IMAGE>
