PURPOSE:To facilitate the manufacture and the assembling of a single coil by forming the coil by winding a self-adhesive enameled wire, partly heating the coil, temporarily bundling it, and then annularly arranging to integrally mold it. CONSTITUTION:After a self-adhesive enameled wire is wound to form a single coil 4 of the prescribed shape, a plurality of portions P, Q on the periphery of the coil 4 are partly heated, thermally fusion-bonded between the enameled wires only at the portions and temporarily bundled. Thereafter, the coil 4 is annularly flatly arranged around a commutator segment 5, the entire coil is integrally molded with synthetic resin to form a flat rotor coil 3. Thus, the handling of the coil 4 can be facilitated, and since partly temporarily bundled, the containment in a jig at the time of molding can be improved. |
