<p>PURPOSE:To attain miniaturization and cost reduction of the device by adopting the constitution that a block section of a slider is placed in a cassette carrying space at the end of cassette carrying to block new cassette loading. CONSTITUTION:In inserting a caasette 12 to a prescribed position of a cassette reception section 11 constituting a cassette holder 16, the block section 26 fixed to a slider 17 is positioned at the outside of a cassette carrying space 52, then the cassette loading is attained and the cassette is carried while it is loaded and the cassette holder 16 is stored incorporatedly in the slider 17 and the cassette 12 is moved in a direction vertical to the substrate and since the block section 26 fixed to the slider 17 is moved in the cassette moving space 52 when the cassette 12 is set to a prescribed position of the device, the advancement of a new cassette in the operating state of the device is blocked.</p> |
