PURPOSE:To enable to cope with the diversification of material and at the same time to realize the long term service of the titled cylinder by a structure wherein a cylinder main body consists in cladding an inner tube made of high chromium cast iron onto the inner peripheral surface of an outer tube made of either one of carbon steel, forged steel, nitriding steel, chrome molybdenum steel and stainless steel. CONSTITUTION:A cylinder main body 10 consists in cladding an inner tube 11 made of high chromium cast iron onto the inner peripheral surface of an outer tube made of chrome molybdenum steel. Due to the structure as mentioned above, the hardness from the surface toward the interior does not lower or is kept at constant high value, resulting in making the rate of progress of wear slower and consequently enabling to realize the long-term service of the cylinder. |
