PURPOSE:To improve the magnetic characteristics such as residual magnetism and the like by a method wherein SiO2, CaO and Al2O3 of the percentage within the prescribed range are added, and they are sintered after the powder of raw material is molded. CONSTITUTION:The titled magnet is indicated by the general formula of MO. nFe2 (wherein M represents one or more kinds of elements among Ba, Sr and Pb, and (n) represents a mol ratio), and it consists of magnetic plumbite type hexagonal ferrite having (n) within the range of 6.0-6.5. In this magnetic plumbite type hexagonal ferrite, SiO2, CaO and Al2 are added within the range of ratio in which each point of A (SiO2:36.1%, CaO: 23.0%, Al2O3: 40.9%), B (SiO2: 31.9%, CaO: 29.2%, Al2O3: 38.9%), C (SiO2: 33.1%, CaO: 30.3%, Al2O3: 36.9%), D (SiO2: 22.9%, CaO: 40.8%, Al2O3: 37.2%), and E (SiO2: 2.2%, CaO: 11.6%, Al2O3: 86.2%) as shown in the three-dimensional diagram is connected successively. Said powder of raw material is sintered after molding. |
