PURPOSE:To detect quickly a fault of a controller and to attain the quick recovery processing for reconstitution of a system, by performing the time monitor for each processing of a phenomenon to be controlled. CONSTITUTION:A control processing part 15 is started and reads immediately a monitor time memory part 12 to write the reading result on a timer register 21 within a timer part 2. At the same time, the time monitor is started. A monitor part 11 reads the register 21 when the necessity is decided for interruption of the working of the part 15 which is under processing. Then the reading result of the register 21 is written on a corresponding area within a timer register value memory part 13, and the time monitor is discontinued. When the factor of interruption is eliminated and the processing of the part 15 can be continued, the part 11 reads the timer register value of an interruption mode out of the corresponding area of the part 13 and writes it on the register 21. At the same time, the part 11 restarts the time monitor and leaves the control again to the part 15. Therefore, the part 2 detects a time-out and reports the generation of an error in case the part 15 discontinues its processing. |
