PURPOSE:To engrave a large number of seals and other sealing materials precisely at a time by replacing the movement of a profiling section, to which a detector profiling a sample on a master plate is mounted, with an electric signal and driving and controlling a driving table to which the sealing material is set. CONSTITUTION:Printing materials are set to each chuck for a driving table first, and a cutter is held on the driving table at regular intervals so as to correspond to a large number of the chucks on the upper surface of the driving table. A scaled-up sample is placed on a master plate for a profiling section under the state, and a skilled labor profiles the shape of the scaled-up sample by operating a detector such as a manual pen. The movement of the detector is replaced with an electric signal. The driving table to which the sealing materials are set operates an X-axis motor, a Y-axis motor and a Z-axis motor by the electric signal, and is driven in the horizontal and vertical directions. The sealing materials on the driving table are shifted so as to reproduce profiling operation by driving the driving table, and the surfaces of sealing are engraved accurately by a cutter. |
