Device making it possible to use safely a shower device which can operate in three usage categories, namely as a straightforward shower, as a rotating glove or with alternating brushing. Each use may be accompanied by skin-care products mixed with water. The shower device comprises a turbine 4 driven by the passage of water. This turbine actuates a gear system 5 and 6. The gear 6 transmits a rotating torque via a female pinion 7 to any accessory which has been provided and can be connected thereto. Similarly, the gear 6 comprises an eccentric male pinion 9 which is accommodated into an elliptical recess 10 of a plate 11 mounted on slideways. This plate comprises four male dog points 12 which transmit a alternating translational movement to any accessory which has been provided and can be connected thereto. A system for dispensing skin-care products is arranged on the upper part of the shower device. <IMAGE>
