PURPOSE:To improve the cylindricity of an endless belt by detecting the moving quantity of a blank material of endless belt in the axial directions of plural rolls, used for stretching around the material, and changing the inclination of a contact roll with respect to the material in accordance with the detected moving quantity. CONSTITUTION:A blank material W of endless belt is rolled, by stretching the material W around a rolling roll 13 and a stretching roll 14 for revolving the material W in a state of applying a tension to the material W, and lowering a contact roll 12 to roll down the material W from outside. At that time, the moving quantity of material W in the axial directions of rolls 13, 14 is detected by a length meter 29, and the inclination of roll 12 with respect to the material W is changed in accordance with the detected moving quantity by driving a motor 26. |
