PURPOSE: To electronically correct the outward appearance of an inputted image as to its geometrical shape, variation in density, colors, etc., by comparing position information on the inputted image with the previously stored outline position of an electronic drawing device at the peripheral edge part of the inputted image. CONSTITUTION: The electronic image correction device is divided into a host 1 and a graphic subsystem 2. The host 1 is a microprocessor which operates on a multitask and multiuser OS(operating system). The host 1 has an I/O processor 3 and is connected to a high-speed image disk 11 through a system interconnection bus 7 and an interface adapter 10. The graphic subsystem 2 is connected to the host 1 through an interface 13 and equipped with five graphic image processors 15-19. The processors 15-18 processes color components of cyan, magenta, yellow, and black and the processor 19 performs a color mixing process. |
