PURPOSE:To obtain a printer device capable of generating warning with optimum intensity for the setting environment by providing a means to generate a warning by detecting the ending of paper in the printer and also disorder of the printer and a means to vary the intensities of the warning. CONSTITUTION:When signals 11 from a paper-ending detector 1 consisting of photo sensors, etc., or signals 12 from a printer disorder detector 2 consisting of magneto sensors, etc., are put in a control logical unit 3, whether papers are used up or printer is out of order is judged from the signals 11 and 12 by the logical unit 3 to actuate a warning generator 6 through an intensity regulator 5. The regulator 5 which is composed of variable resistors, etc., and can set up the intensity of warning enables an operator to generate optinum warnings for the environment easily. |
