PURPOSE:To arrange so that roll papers of different widths may be set easily and securely by providing a paper guide means capable of changing its attachment location at a roll paper holder having a shaft between side plates in a printer. CONSTITUTION:After attaching a roll paper holder 2 to a printer by means of an attaching part 18, roll paper is placed as if it were supported among a roller 49, a pair of guide rollers 28 and a rib 20 on a back plate 16. At that time, the guide rollers are positioned so that the distance between the large diamger parts 32, 32 of the guide roller 28 may be equal to the width of roll paper and a paper guide 36 is fitted to the guide roller 28. When roll papers of different widths are used, a shaft 24 is taken out a groove 22 in both side plates 12 and the location of the guide roller 28 is changed to a location corresponding to the width. Then again the shaft 24 with the adjusted guide roller 28 is to be engaged to the bottom of the groove 22. |
