CONSTITUTION:A platen is rotated in one direction with a platen knob 9 is gripped, when the platen 1 is fed reverse for setting a blank or finding a typing miss. At this time, a lever 12 is rotated and displaced inward by a operating button 10 with a gripping force, a slider 16 is slided in a axial direction by a link 18, a platen gear 3 is pushed by a pin and disengaged a driven wheel 4, and a clutch 7 is put in a off condition. On the other hand, a platen shaft 2, the slider 16, the driven wheel 4 and the platen 1 are rotated integrally by a couple acting on a knob 9, and the blank is fed. Thus, the axial movement of the platen shaft 2 is prevented, since the platen shaft 2 is not pressed in when the clutch is operated, and in the case of deleting a letter, for instance, the typing head can be placed oppositely through a correct ribbon exactly. |
