PURPOSE:To improve the reliability of a memory by making a boot loop independent of minor loops, and thus obtaining a sufficiently wide operation range. CONSTITUTION:A boot loop wherein information on the address of a defective minor loop is stored is provided separately from numbers of minor loops arranged in parallel to the loop. The repetitive period of transfer bit patterns forming the boot loop and the period of linear transfer lines forming the loop are made greater than the reference intervals of normal minor loops. |
