摘要 PURPOSE:To contrive large improvement in photoelectric conversion efficiency by reducing the power loss caused by the resistance of a clear conductive film, by a method wherein electricity is collected through a connector and a back electrode film by providing the connector that is connected to the clear conductive film through the back electrode film and the junction-forming layer in a state of insulation from them. CONSTITUTION:By penetration through a hole bored both in the back electrode film 24 and in the junction-forming layer 23 nearly at the center, the connector 26 kept insulated from them with an insulator 25 is connected to the clear conductive film 22. Electromotive force generated by the incidence of light to the junction-forming layer 22 through a photo-permeable insulation substrate 21 is collected one through the back electrode and the other through the clear conductive film 21 and the connector 26, and is led of lead-out wires 27a and 27b. Since the connector 26 is positioned at the center of the conductive film 22, the transfer distance of a hole or an electron is short; accordingly, the influence caused by the resistance of the conductive film 22 becomes more diminished. Then, the improvement in photoelectric conversion efficiency can be contrived by an increase in electric collection effect.
