PURPOSE:Gelatin is previously added to frozen soup stock containing salt in an aluminum container to prevent the corrosion of the container. CONSTITUTION:A soup stock containing salt 2 such as soup stock for Japanese dishes is previously combined with 0.01-1wt% of gelatin, then poured in a pot-type aluminum vessel 1 at low temperature, then frozen, when needed, combined with frozen ingredients 3 such as noodles or meat, and a cover 4 is detachably fitted by insertion or adhesion. Thus, the aluminum container 1 becomes free from corrosion, resulting in prevention of unexpected accidents on the way of distribution. Further, the soup stock 2 and ingredients 3 can be thawed and heated by direct fire. |
