PURPOSE:To easily grasp periodic variation in peak and its difference by displaying a circle graph of measurement data so that a mass number and intensity correspond to the display angle and length of bars of the circle graph. CONSTITUTION:A mass spectrometric data analysis system displays the measurement data on coordinate axes of the mass number of the mass spectrometer 1 and the intensity corresponding to the mass number, and basic parameters for a display mass range and other circle graph displays are registered in a circle graph setting table 4 through an input part 2 such as a keyboard. A measurement data conversion processing part 3 converts the mass number and intensity into the angle and bar length of the circle graph and display the circle graph of the measurement data. When a period is constant according to a set period, those spectra are displayed at the same position, so periodic variation in mass spectrum and the difference of the variation are easily grasped and the efficiency and processing speed of analytic processing are improved. |
