PURPOSE:To enable elevation of a head in response to depth in water, by a method wherein a suction hose and a jet hose are coupled to a suction head and a jet ejector, both located in water, through a take-up reel slidable over a ship hull. CONSTITUTION:A dredger is provided at the front of a ship bottom part with a jet pump 4 for injection excavating water and a sand pump 1 for sucking excavation mud water. The jet pump 4 and the sand pump 1 are coupled to a jet ejector 10 and a suction head 9, both located in water, through the medium of a jet hose 5 and a suction hose 3 through winding of a hose reel 6 slid in the longitudinal direction of a ship hull. Further, a sand pump 1 causes carriage of excavation mud water through a discharge pipe 2 to the outside of a ship. This enables easy movement of a suction head through sliding of the hose reel depending upon a dredging depth. |
