PURPOSE:To collect a data of a terminal equipment even if an intrinsic number of its terminal equipment is set erroneously, by designating the terminal equipment by sending out a selecting number from a center device, deciding it to be a measured data of a designated terminal equipment, if the returned intrinsic number corresponds to the sent-out selecting number, deciding it not to be a measured data of the designated terminal equipment, if said number does not correspond, and collecting the data. CONSTITUTION:The connection is executed to network control devices 3-1-3-n to which terminal equipments 2-1-2-n for collecting a data is connected by a telephone number, and a measured data is collected by designating the terminal equipments 2-1-2-n for collecting a data by a selecting number. An intrinsic number of the designated terminal equipment 2-1-2-n and an intrinsic number stored in the central control device are compared and collated, and in case they coincide with each other, the measured data is collected as a normal data, and in case they do not coincide with each other, the measured data is collected as an abnormal data, by which even if intrinsic numbers of the terminal equipments 2-1-2-n do not coincide due to mis-setting, the measured data can be collected. |
