PURPOSE:To obtain the titled multi-layered sheet web without generating the loss such as shaving scraps, etc., by forming an edible part of a food, freezing in the form of a circular column or cylinder block, stacking the obtained blocks in layers, rotating the stacked blocks, and shaving along its circumference. CONSTITUTION:The edible part 3 of a food is packed in a ring-shaped container 2, and frozen to form a block. The obtained blocks are bonded together using water as a binder to form a frozen multi-layered block 5. A supporting shaft 8 is thrusted to the center hole of the frozen block 5, and the block is rotated and shaven along the circumference 5b with a band saw 9. The objective continuous multi-layered sheet web 10 can be prepared by this process. Even a thin sheet can be prepared easily, without generating the shaving scraps. |
