PURPOSE:To obtain a multilayer co-extruded article and to facilitate disassembly and cleaning of the titled extruder, by a method wherein a main body of a head is formed of a plurality of divided heads, an extrusion passage is provided between each of abutting surfaces and a rubberlike material is injected through a common die. CONSTITUTION:Movable divided heads 11a, 11b, 11d are locked, a rubberlike material is extruded through extruders each 50 and injected from a common die 7 through a passage 10. When outlets (a), (b), (c) of the three passages 10 communicating with an outlet 7' of the die 7 are arranged as per an illustration, an illustrated multilayer co-extruded article can be obtained. As for disassembly and cleaning after molding, a catch 37 is turned and the heads are opened by releasing connections of the heads 11a, 11b, 11d. When a piston rod 21 is made to retreat, the extrusion passage 10 between the heads 11a, 11b is divided into two along the shaft center, through which the cleaning can be performed easily and a screw of an upper extruder 50 can be pulled out forward through an opening part. Division of the extrusion passage and forward extraction of the screw also of the central and lower extruders 50 are possible similary and the disassembly and cleaning are facilitated. |
