发明名称 OBSERVING DEVICE IN HIGH-TEMPERATURE ATMOSPHERE
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain an observing device employed in an atmosphere of high temperature and having an excellent cooling effect, a light weight and a small diameter, by a construction wherein a cooling pipe using a liquid refrigerant is disposed around the outer periphery of the fore end of a high-temperature atmosphere detecting body and a refrigerant transfer tube is wound spirally around the outer periphery of the detecting body. CONSTITUTION:A rigid liquid refrigerant cooling pipe 28 is disposed around a tip detecting element 20 of a detecting body 15, at which a temperature rises highest in the detecting body put in the top of a blast furnace. Inside the cooling pipe 28, a tube 24 for forwarding a liquid refrigerant is extended to the fore end of the cooling pipe 28, while a tube 25 for backing the liquid refrigerant is fitted on the base side of the pipe 28. These tubes 24 and 25 are wound spirally around the detecting body 15 so that the interval of the respective spiral is long in the part near the fore end of the detecting body and short toward the base thereof. Moreover, the surroundings 16 of the detecting body 15 are covered with a tube 29 to provide a gas-cooled chamber, whereby the cooling effect by a gas is increased. This constitution improves the cooling effect and the flexibility of an observing device employed in an atmosphere of high temperature and makes the device light in weight and compact.
