PURPOSE:To fix adhesively an insert member to plastic at low cost with less labor and time spent, fixing the insert member with high reliability and without any strain by a method in which an adhesive layer is molded on the specified surface of the insert member such as a fitment or a structure, and said insert member covered with the adhesive layer is arranged in the cavity of a mold. CONSTITUTION:An adhesive layer 12 is molded, coating the rear surface of a decorative fitment 11 with heat sensitive type adhesive. The front surface of the decorative fitment 11 is caused to be in contact closely with a female mold 13, and the mold 15 is closed, directing the adhesive layer 12 of the decorative fitment 11 to a male mold 14. The plastic 18 heated at its melting temperature of about 200 deg.C is injected into a cavity 16 from a sprue 17. Consequently, the adhesive of the adhesive layer 12 is activated at temperature about 200 deg.C of the plastic, whereby strong bonding effect may be obtained between the plastic 18 and the decorative fitment 11. |
