PURPOSE:To obtain a constant current source circuit to be actuated at a low voltage and to be finely adjusted at its temp. characteristics forming a voltage corresponding to integer times the voltage VBE applied between the base and emitter of one diode out of the diodes connected with a resistor in series and extracting the bias of a constant current source from the formed voltage. CONSTITUTION:In the constant current source circuit, (n) stages of diodes Dn1- Dnn and (m) stages of diodes Dm1-Dmm are connected in series in the same direction from a reference bias point 1 through a resistor R1 and earthed through a resistor R2. The emitter of a TRQ2 is earthed through a resistor R3 and an output is obtained from the resistor R3. The collector and emitter of a TRQ1 biased by resistors R4, R5 are connected between the cathode of the diode Dnn and the anode of the diode Dm1. The voltage between the collector and emitter of the TRQ1 can be displayed as integer times the VBE and the constant current source circuit can be finely adjusted by the voltage VBE of the diode. |
