PURPOSE:To decrease number of elements and to attain mass-production while preventing deterioration in working environment by fixing mechanically a case and an insulated substrate to protect the inside. CONSTITUTION:A piezoelectric porcelain vibrating plate 7 is connected and fixed electrically and mechanically with solders 10, 10' to two metallic rods 9, 9' whose both ends are molten and fixed to the insulating substrate 8, and a case 11 formed by forming is melted and fixed on the insulating substrate 8. Thus, it is simple to provide a space to a vibrating part of the piezoelectric porcelain vibrating plate because the inside is protected by the case without using any resin in this way and the deterioration of the characteristic due to the adhesion of the resin to the piezoelectric porcelain vibrating plate is eliminated at all. The deterioration in the working environment is prevented and the mass-productivity is improved much. |
