PURPOSE:To realize various services without being attended with the increase of a load of a CPU and a storage device corresponding to a storing position by transmitting a message read from a storage device in a terminal equipment under the control of a terminal equipment to an opposite terminal equipment. CONSTITUTION:A terminal controller 200 selects one message among plural messages of a storage device 203 and informs the presence of a message to be transmitted to a terminal control circuit 210 of a multiple terminal equipment 21 via a control signal transmission line 207, a time division telephone circuit network 10, and a control signal reception line 218. The circuit 210 transmits the enabled message reception to the circuit 200 via a transmission line 217, a circuit netword 10 and a control signal reception line 208. The circuit 200 reads the selected message and transmits it from an information transmission circuit 202. The transmitted message is received by an information reception circuit 211 via an information transmission line 205, the circuit network 10 and the information receiver 216. When the circuit 210 detects that the circuit 211 receives the message, the circuit 210 reads it and displays (214) sequentially.
