PURPOSE:To provide a hair-restoration promoting agent effective to promote the restoration of hair of the scalp, by pulverizing a natural mineral having specific component and composition, dissolving the powder in mineral water under stirring, filtering the product, and properly adding a microbial active enzyme to the filtrate. CONSTITUTION:A natural mineral composed mainly of about 60% silicon oxide, about 19% aluminum oxide, about 5% iron oxide, about 3.3% sodium oxide, about 2% potassium oxide, about 3.5% calcium oxide and about 2% magnesium oxide is pulverized, and the powder is dissolved in mineral water or in a properly treated natural underground water under stirring. The water is filtered, and the filtrate is added properly with a microbial active enzyme to obtain the objective hair restorer having remarkable hair-restoration activity and effective even to the scalp remaining no hair bulbs. The hair restorer can be conveniently carried by using a hair restoration tool manufactured by filling the above hair restorer in a capped container 1 having an intermediate plug 2 to control the spraying rate. |
