EXAMPLE:N-(2,4-Dimethylphenyl)-2-(2-methylphenylsulfonyl) propionic amide. USE:A herbicide. Showing improved action on annular weeds in paddy field, such as Echinochloa crus-galli Beauv. var. praticola Ohwi., umbrella plant, etc. and perennial weeds such as water nutgrass, arrow head, etc. PREPARATION:An arylsulfonyl fatty acid derivative shown by the formula III or its reactive derivative is reacted with an amine derivative shown by the formula IV optionally in the presence of a reaction auxiliary such as thionyl chloride, etc. in a solvent such as acetone, etc. at room temperature or under cooling or under heating for 1-5hr, to give a compound shown by the formula I. |
